Terms of Service
§ 1. General provisions
- The “BeyondTes” service (the “App”) is provided by Oskar Kozaczka (a natural person), email kontakt@beyondtes.site (the “Provider”).
- The App is an independent project. It is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., is not its product, and is neither sponsored nor approved by it. Tesla, Model 3, Model Y, Supercharger and other names are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
§ 2. What the service does
- The App reads data about your Tesla vehicle (trips, charging sessions, battery state) after you grant access through your Tesla account, and shows it together with calculated statistics: costs, energy consumption and an estimate of battery degradation.
- The App only reads data. It does not send commands to the vehicle and does not control it.
§ 3. Technical requirements
A web browser with JavaScript support and internet access. A Tesla account with a vehicle supported by the Tesla Fleet API. To collect live data, the App's virtual key must be paired with the vehicle.
§ 4. Account and conclusion of the agreement
- An agreement for the provision of an electronic service is concluded when you create an account (email address, password and, during the testing period, an invitation code) and accept the Terms. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The App may be used by adults who own the vehicle or have the owner's consent. You provide true data and protect your sign-in details.
§ 5. Access to Tesla account data
- You grant access yourself on Tesla's site and you can revoke it at any time in your Tesla account settings or in the App (Settings, “Disconnect”).
- After access is revoked, the App stops fetching new data. Data collected so far remains until you delete your account, unless you delete it earlier.
§ 6. Rules of use
It is prohibited to: use someone else's account or vehicle without consent, circumvent limits and safeguards, disrupt the operation of the App, supply unlawful content, and use the App in breach of the law or of Tesla's terms.
§ 7. Nature of the data and liability
- The data and statistics are informational. The cost, the charging efficiency and the battery degradation are estimates based on data from the vehicle. They may differ from receipts and from the actual state of the vehicle.
- The App depends on Tesla's interfaces. The Provider is not liable for their unavailability, for changes to them, or for restrictions imposed by Tesla, including interruptions in data collection.
- Towards consumers, the Provider's liability is not excluded to the extent that it may not be excluded. Other limitations apply only where the law allows.
§ 8. Fees
The App is free during the testing period. The Provider will announce any introduction of fees in advance, and your account will not be charged without your consent.
§ 9. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to kontakt@beyondtes.site. Describe the problem and give the email address of your account. We reply within 14 days of receipt.
§ 10. Termination and account deletion
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings (“Delete account”). This deletes the account and all its data with no way to recover it.
- The Provider may suspend an account in the event of a breach of the Terms or of the law, and may end the service for important reasons, giving 30 days' notice.
§ 11. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 12. Changes to the Terms
We announce changes in the App 14 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you accept them, and if you disagree you can delete your account.
§ 13. Final provisions
Polish law applies to the agreement. Provisions protecting consumers remain unaffected. Disputes are decided by the court competent under general rules.
